The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered in 2019 and quickly became a hit among anime fans. Demon Slayer Season 2 Release Date
The upcoming second installment of Demon Slayer also known as Kimetsu no Yaiba will air on December 5, 2021. Season 2, known colloquially as the Entertainment District plotline, will premiere on Sundays at 11:15 p.m. with an hour-long episode.
As per Anime News Network, the Entertainment District arc will air on Fuji TV over the fall and winter seasons across two three-month intervals, generally known as cours. Before it, on October 10, 2021, a seven-episode miniseries based on the Mugen Train film, titled The Mugen Train arc, was also premiered.

What Events Will Unfold In Season 2?
As Otakus are already familiar, Demon Slayer follows the plight of young Tanjiro whose family was murdered by Demons, and his younger sister Nezuko was transformed into one.
Season 2 of Demon Slayer will follow up precisely where Season 1 left off. Toward the conclusion of the Mugen Train miniseries, we can expect to see a precursor to the storyline. Yoshiwara, Japan’s famed red-light district, will be the new setting for the series’ entertainment district arc. Inosuke, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Tanjiro will join forces with Tengen Uzui also known as the legendary Sound Hashira in the hunt for Yoshiwara’s most fearsome demons.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’s Entertainment District Arc will present Daki as the main antagonist, Daki has its place among the Twelve Kizukis.

The Trio will be seen struggling with the demise of Kyojuro Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, as well as battling their inner demons while confronting actual ones and deepening their relationships with one another. On February 14, the official trailer for Demon Slayer season 2 was released, along with a formal announcement during Anime 2nd Anniversary Festival at the Kimetsu-Sai website.
