Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 Online Voting: How To Vote in BB Tamil 4 Thorugh HotStar App?

Tamil language version of the Reality TV programme Big Boss premiered on October 4. The viewers can now start to cast votes for their favourite contestants with the help of Hotstar App. 

The show is hosted by the renowned Tamil Actor Kamal Hassan. He was the host of Season 1,2 and 3. 

Initially, Season 4 Big Boss Tamil was set to release in June 2020. However, it was delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. On August 27 2020, the programme broadcasting channel Star Vijay confirmed the next instalment of the show. The show premiered last Sunday, October 4. 

The viewers can vote for the contestants daily. A maximum of 10 votes per day per g-mail id will be made available. It is based on these votes that each contestant receives, the fate of the participants will be determined.  One who gets the least number of votes will be eliminated from the show. The final decision, however, will be in the hands of showrunners of the show Star Vijay Management.

How to vote for Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4? 

Just like the previous Seasons, the votes received by each contestant plays a significant role in the chances of their stay in the contest. As mentioned above, the viewers can vote for their favourite contestants using Hotstar App. 

Voting can be done through two methods; either by using Hotstar Hotstar App or Missed call Voting. 

• Go to Google Playstore or Apple App Store and download the HotStar App.
• If you already have an account. Sign in. If not, create a Hotstar account and then Log in.
• In the search tab on the right side, type ‘Bigg Boss’.
• Click on Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 show banner.
• You will find a voting option below the video of the show.
• Select the Vote icon to vote for your favourite contestant
• A maximum of 10 votes can be done till midnight. 

If you are opting for the Missed Call Voting, then it can be done using the Missed Call Numbers available for each participant. A maxim of 10 votes per day using a single number can be done. 

The votes received by each contestant will be shown during breaks of the show. 

Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 Winner 

The winner of the show is declared primarily based on the votes cast. The final decision, however, lies in the hands of the showrunners. Usually, voters have a more liking toward well-mannered contestants- those who avoid unnecessary arguments and do their tasks and duties without any idleness.

The show is telecasted from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 pm on Vijay TV. It can also be streamed using Hotstar App and the official website of HotStar. The show will run for 100 days.  The winner of the show will go home with a big cash prize of 50 lakhs.
